Q. What safeguards are in place to ensure my clients' confidentiality?

As an attorney, I have the same duty to safeguard your clients' confidential information as you do, and I take that responsibility just as seriously.

It is the nature of my practice that I work only on discrete legal research and writing matters, one client at a time.

  • I will request access only to the information necessary to complete the project assigned to me.
  • I will return any files, copies or other documents that you provide to me promptly upon request
  • I will not make copies of any document, including my own work for you, without your permission.

And because I do most of my work at my home office, I keep your clients' information as secure as I keep my own home and family.
